How much does a personal trainer cost in Mallorca? Prices in Sa Pobla

Published: October 20, 2026 · 4 min read

What a personal trainer costs depends on how you train: one-on-one or in a small group, by single sessions or with a pack, at the centre or online. These are the published prices of the centre in Sa Pobla and what each one includes. There is no average rate for Mallorca from a reliable source, so I don't compare them with the rest of the island. I sell these services, so bear that in mind as you read.

In 30 seconds

  • A single 1-to-1 personal training session costs €65 with me and €50 with one of the centre's trainers; with the 8- and 12-session packs, each session works out cheaper.
  • In a small group of up to 3 people, you pay a monthly fee based on how many days a week you train, from €140 a month with one of the centre's trainers.
  • A gym membership only pays off if you go: in a study of 7,752 members of 3 gyms in the United States, those paying over $70 a month paid more per visit than they would have with a pass.

1-to-1 personal training: single session or pack

In a personal training session the trainer is with you alone. A single session costs €65 with me and €50 with one of the centre's trainers. If you prefer a pack, you choose 4, 8 or 12 sessions, which correspond to 1, 2 or 3 days a week.

With me, the 4-session pack costs €250 (€62.50 per session), the 8-session pack €425 (€53.13) and the 12-session pack €575 (€47.92). With one of the centre's trainers, the 4-session pack costs €200 (€50 per session, the same as a single one), the 8-session pack €335 (€41.88) and the 12-session pack €485 (€40.42).

Small group: a monthly fee

In the small group there are 3 of you at most, with the trainer watching everyone's technique throughout the session. You pay a monthly fee based on the days per week: with one of the centre's trainers, €140 (1 day), €180 (2 days) or €240 (3 days); with me, €170, €220 or €290.

For the same number of days, the group costs quite a bit less than 1-to-1. With 3 days a week and one of the centre's trainers, it is €240 a month in the group, while the 1-to-1 pack that matches those 3 days, the 12-session one, costs €485. In return, you share the trainer's attention with 2 other people at most.

Online training and nutrition

If you can't come to Sa Pobla, online training costs €150 for one month. Paying for several months at once brings the fee down: €520 for 4 months (€130 a month), €720 for 6 (€120 a month) or €1,320 for 12 (€110 a month). It includes the programming and each month's plan, follow-up, exercise correction and contact by WhatsApp. It doesn't include in-person sessions or gym access.

Nutrition is separate from any training plan: €80 a month, with the plan and its follow-up.

The gym without a trainer

If you only want to train on your own, the gym is open 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Access is paid separately, €80 a month or €20 a day, and doesn't include training. Doing the maths, 4 single days a month cost the same as the monthly fee, and from the fifth day on the monthly fee is cheaper. If you are torn between the gym on its own and training with someone, just the gym or a personal trainer sets out what each option gives you.

That sum only works if you really go on those days. In a study published in 2006 of 7,752 members of 3 gyms in the United States, those paying a fee of over $70 a month went on average 4.3 times a month: that came to more than $17 per visit, when a 10-visit pass would have cost them $10 each[1]. The authors put it down mainly to people believing they will go more often than they then do[1]. To choose between the monthly fee and single days, count the days you can really go, not the ones you would like to.

What you pay extra for with a trainer

Compared with the gym fee, with a trainer you pay for supervision and a plan made for you. In 2 small studies of people who already trained, 18 men in one[2] and 36 young men and women in the other[3], those who did the programme with a trainer beside them ended up with a stronger squat than those who did the same programme on their own. I go into more detail in personal trainer or on your own.

You don't need to pay for a trainer every day either. The WHO recommends that adults do strength exercises working the major muscle groups on 2 or more days a week[4]. With 1 session a week, group or pack, you can train on your own on the other day with what you are learning in the sessions. Bear in mind that gym access outside the sessions is paid separately: €80 a month or €20 a day. And if you are wondering when you start to notice it, I explain it in how long it takes to see results.

Note

These are the prices published on the services page as of 20 October 2026: if they change, that page is what counts. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise the session counts as done and can't be made up, with a single exception for a justified medical emergency.

Before you pay anything

If you're not sure which option suits you, tell me your goal in the initial assessment, which is free and with no obligation, and I'll tell you which plan I recommend. You leave me your name and phone number, I message you to arrange it and, if you decide to start, sign-up comes afterwards.

The services page has every price, the cancellation policy and a button to ask me on WhatsApp about the plan you are interested in.
